Shipping & Returns

All orders received before 12pm will be sent the same day unless there are any issues, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution and get your order dispatched as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING SERVICES

We have a few different shipping options for our customers.

• FREE STANDARD SHIPPING - orders will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class, Amazon Shipping & DPD services.
• NEXT WORKING DAY - orders will be sent using DPD and Amazon Shipping
• INTERNATIONAL - orders will be sent using a variety of different couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail.
• LARGER ITEMS - If your ordered item is large and bulky then it will be delivered by tracked pallet with carriers such as Palletline.

We have a flat shipping fee for our international orders however for smaller or larger orders please email us for a custom shipping quote before placing an order, we will be happy to help. Please note international orders may be subject to import tax / customs charges in the recipient country, this will be at the cost of the buyer.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns of unused and items in perfect condition within 7 days of receiving. Please contact our customer service team and they will discuss the best way to return your item. Once the return is received we will then initiate a refund or exchange, whichever has been previously discussed. Kwik DIY reserve the right to refuse a return of exchange if they deem that it is not a suitable and fair return.
